Three story wrap around addition on a North Arlington brick colonial gave us room to add a guest bedroom and media room off of the existing finished basement space, as well as an open concept first floor kitchen and family room, along with a mudroom entry with built in storage and a half bath, and a full primary bedroom suite on the second floor with a large walk in closet and en suite bathroom. A new deck was added to connect the addition to the existing side porch enclosure.
